By using BlueScore (“the App”) you agree to the following terms.

1. License and Permitted Use

BlueScore is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works based on the App. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

2. App Purpose and Content

BlueScore is a weather and travel app that helps you find destinations based on weather conditions. Weather and location data comes from the following external sources:

• MET Norway API (weather data)
• GeoNames API (location information)
• OpenStreetMap / Overpass API (geographic data)
• WeatherAPI.com (additional weather data)
• Apple Maps & CoreLocation (map and location data)
• Other public data services

We do not guarantee that all information is fully accurate or up-to-date. Weather data are forecasts and may differ from actual conditions.

3. Pricing and Purchase Terms

BlueScore is free to download and use. Every feature is included for everyone — there is no PRO version, no subscription, and no in-app purchase required to unlock content. If a future version of the App ever introduces optional purchases, those will be sold via the App Store under Apple’s standard terms.

4. Logging and Support

The App automatically creates technical log files on your device for debugging. These files contain no personal information and may be shared voluntarily for support purposes. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. User Responsibility and Limitations

• The App is intended as an information source for travel decisions and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
• Always use professional weather forecasts for safety-critical situations.
• The App may not be used in systems where incorrect information could cause personal injury or property damage.
• Automatic or systematic data scraping from external APIs via the App is prohibited.
• Reverse engineering of the App is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

BlueScore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Damages resulting from use of weather information
• Service interruptions from external data providers
• Loss of data stored on your device
• Inaccuracies in weather or location data
• Consequential or indirect damages

Our total liability is limited to any amount you have paid for the App in the previous 12 months.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on external APIs and services that may have their own terms of use. By using the App you accept that these services may be subject to changes, limitations or interruptions beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, user interface, images and code in the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the App at any time to improve functionality, security or compatibility. Significant changes to these terms will be communicated via app updates or other appropriate means. Continued use after changes implies that you accept the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate access to the App in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination your rights to use the App cease, but liability limitations and other provisions that by their nature must survive will continue to apply.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should be resolved primarily through negotiation. If that is not possible, disputes will be decided by a Swedish court.

12. App Store Provisions

This App is distributed via the App Store, and you therefore also agree to Apple’s terms of use and App Store provisions, which apply in parallel with these terms.
